Our programmes are designed to support rangatahi in lots of different ways. From fitness and creative arts to mental health and life skills. We run classes, workshops, and events that help young people build confidence, connect with others, and explore their talents in a safe and welcoming space. No matter what you’re into, there’s something here for you to grow and thrive.
Hauora wānanga
We work with external hauora providers who come through to offer all kinds of health and wellbeing support for our rangatahi. Whether it’s advice, check-ups, or just someone to talk to, they are here to help make sure everyone gets the right care in a way that feels easy and comfortable.
Kickboxing
Led by Manurewa Martial Arts, our Youth Kickboxing classes are all about building strength, confidence, and discipline in a fun, supportive space. Learn real kickboxing skills from experienced coaches, connect with others, and push yourself to new goals, no experience needed, just bring your energy!
